5K Running Festival

We invite you to join a family running festival that takes place in Anacostia Park on Sunday, October 19. The event is to benefit Run Hope Work, a local nonprofit with the mission to help youth and young adults transform their lives through physical fitness, mental well-being and industry-recognized workforce training. The event starts at 8:30 with a fast/flat 5K and then at 9:30 there is a 400m and 1 mile kids fun run. All kids under 17 race for free.
