Edgewood Rooftop Farm

Dig in and make a difference! Volunteer at Edgewood Rooftop Farm, a vibrant community space growing fresh, organic produce atop a rec center in NE DC. Help harvest, plant, and care for crops while learning about urban farming and giving back—over 1,200 lbs of food were shared with neighbors last season. It’s hands-on, hopeful, and open to all—no experience needed. To help with the veggie giveaways and/or farm work please email joshua.singer@dc.gov.
