The newly opened Brookland Irish pub serves a house lager ($5), wines ($7), and well cocktails ($6) at a steep discount from 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays. An espresso martini and a house cocktail made with blackberries, gin, and citrus are also only $8 during the weekday happy hour. There’s no food on the happy hour menu, but the build-your-own fries ($9) are an obvious accompaniment to a cheap drink.
